Through a short speech and guided discussion\, participants will reflect on what it truly takes to “own the shift” and turn uncertainty into momentum. \nThe session will be facilitated by Anastasia Mizitova\, SCP\, PCC\, CEO of Talent14\, global speaker\, and author of Your Career Your Way. She has built and leads global business initiatives\, serves as SHRM faculty\, and previously served on the SHRM Board at HRVA.
